Total cost will be 1. base fee plus 2. travel/extra time fee at $4.00/mi (one-way distance from my office to your home as shown on my car GPS) plus 3. additional fees if incurred*
Base Fee for appointments scheduled between 10 am and 4 pm weekdays and 10 am and 2 pm weekends
Cats $250.00 Dogs under 15 lbs $300.00 Dogs 16-50 lbs $325.00 Dogs 50-100 lbs $350.00 Dogs over 100 $400.00 or more

3. (add $100.00 for each applicable issue) a. aggressive animals/behavioural euthanasia (when/if extra time, extra drugs needed) b. appointments scheduled between 4:01 pm and 6:00 pm and after 2 pm weekends (this is $100/hr after 4pm (or 2pm weekends) c. holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas eve, Christmas, New Years day) d. If the drive Is over 45 minutes or 45 miles away which applies to most out of county appointments and some in Alachua County e. I rarely will schedule after 6 pm; If I am available, add an extra $100 to line b above.

In-home consultation: for quality of life evaluation, disagreement between partners, meet and greet beforehand: $150.00 plus travel (added If over 5 miles away.)
